Andrew updated the audience on a research project, of which Horse SA is a project partner before giving the main presentation about how horses learn.

It was also interesting to hear that the International Society for Equitation Science is growing world-wide. The annual conference is in Sweden next month and next year are scheduled to be part of the Global Dressage Forum.

Students world-wide are now studying the learning theory of horses and the number of research projects growing.

There are continuing evaluations by equestrian groups world-wide about definitions and allowances in rule-books as input from the research papers around equitation science are disseminated.
