Workplace Safety

Horse SA provides project management, conference management and facilitation of community education and related activities related to safer workplaces for people interacting with horses.

Feature activity:

People.Horses.Culture Conferences

Every two years Horse SA organises a cross-industry (racing and equestrian) conference with a focus on workplace safety.

Presentations, where available from the 2019 event, are now uploaded to Horse SA slideshare site.

Note: Did you know that South Australian laws for businesses/ persons providing recreational services (including coaching riders, providing services where people interact with horses) are different from the rest of the country? Here is a link to the Consumer and Business Affairs Fact Sheet.
